Corn Pie
A super-moist, slightly sweet corn-bread style side dish. Easy to make
ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 packages of frozen whole kernel corn(approximately 10-12 oz’s each)
