Italian Finger Jello Squares
ingredients
- 2 large Jello packages (lime and strawberry)
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 package knox unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Dissolve 1 large lime Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Pour into 9x13 pan spayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water and set aside. Heat light cream to boiling point. Remove from heat and add sugar, dissolved gelatin, sour cream and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Pour over set Jello and refrigerate 1 hour.

Dissolve large package strawberry Jello in boiling water. Let stand on counter until white mixture is set and red mixture is cool. Then pour over white mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into squares.
