Spicy Sausage Wontons

ingredients
- 1 lb spicy ground pork sausage, such as Jimmy Dean “Hot” (not Italian)
- 6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 oz shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/3 cup chopped black olives
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red pepper
- 1 finely chopped jalapeño (optional)
- Wonton wrappers

Brown sausage, breaking up into small pieces. Drain and cool. Mix together with remaining ingredients.

Place wonton wrappers into mini muffins tins, bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon filling into wontons (filling will cook down, so put in a hefty amount). Bake for another 10 minutes or so, until golden brown and bubbling.
