Country Breakfast Pie

ingredients
- 1 pkg Jimmy Dean sausage (Any flavor)
- 9" pie shell (pre-made or scratch)
- 1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 T. chopped onion
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. light cream
directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Cook sausage until done. Crumble, then drain. Prepare 9" pie shell. Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in shell. Lightly beat eggs in bowl. Combine remaining ingredients & add to egg mixture. Pour in shell. Bake at 375° for 40-45 mins. Cool on rack 10 mins.
