Corned Beef (Reuben) Dip
Warm & tasty appetizer.
ingredients
- 2 lb corned beef (deli good grade) snip fine
- 2 lb can sauerkraut (rinsed thoroughly)
- 2 lb shredded Swiss cheese
- 3/4 lg bottle Thousand Island dressing
- Sprinkle of garlic
directions

Mix together, heat on stove (or in microwave).

Serve in large round dark bread which has been hollowed out. Use small pieces of bread for dipping.
