Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
So delicious and comforting on a cold winter night. Ole!
ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 15-oz cans black beans, undrained
- 2 15-oz cans Mexican-style canned tomatoes
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 15-oz can tomato sauce
- 4-6 fresh corn tortillas, torn into small pieces
- 1 cup shredded cheese

Combine everything, except cheese, in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Before serving, remove chicken and shred with two forks. Sprinkle with cheese.
