Mexican Wedding Cookies

Christmas Cookie

  • Beat butter and powdered sugar in mixer until light and fluffy, about 10-15 minutes. Add vanilla, salt and pecans. Add flour 1 cup at a time being careful not to overmix.

  • Scoop with #60 scoop.

  • Bake @ 350° - 20 minutes

  • Bake until just beginning to get the slightest bit colored on the bottom.
