Rhubarb Crisp
ingredients
- 4 cups rhubarb
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- topping
- 4 tbsp margarine
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
directions

mix fruit sugar and lemon juice together and place in a 9x9 dish.

Then mix remaining ingredients together. cover the top of the fruit mixture and bake at 350 for 35-45 min.
