Tante Solange's Nacho Salsa Casserole
This dish is great for evening where we all have to eat at different times but it’s a great dinner on a winter evening before we go off to hockey together!
ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 lg package of macaroni
- 1 can tomatoes drained and chopped (get pureed if kids don’t like the tomato chunks)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 pkg or taco seasoning (mild or med...as you like)
- 1 bag taco chips
- 1 bag shredded Mexican cheddar

Cook your package of macaroni al dente and drain
- 2
Cook the grounds beef with taco seasoning...if you have a big crew you can double this recipe ... I usually do because I LOVE the left overs.

Put the macaroni in a baking dish pour the tomatoes and salsa over the pasta and then add the meat

Mix it all together

Add the cheese then some crushed taco chips over the casserole.

Bake at 350 for 1/2 an hour to crisp and meld the flavours
