Slow Cooker Chicken

ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 TB melted butter
- 1 can condensed cream of celery (or chicken, or mushroom) soup
- 1 packet ’Good Seasons’ dried Italian salad dressing and recipe mix
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- 1 TB minced onion
- salt & pepper
directions
Brush chicken with melted butter and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Place chicken in bottom of crock pot turned to low. Top with remaining ingredients in order specified. Cover and cook on low, 6-8 hours. When finished, stir everything up in crock pot to blend ingredients. Serve over rice or noodles.
