Creamy Chicken Casserole
In my opinion, this recipe makes only 4 servings, so double it if you’re having guests over.
ingredients
- 2 cups cooked noodles (spirals work best)
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix noodles, chicken, soup, mayo, eggs, onion and salt.

Spoon into 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish; top with combined corn flakes and butter.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
