Chicken Mushroom Casserole
ingredients
- 4 lbs chicken breast
- 2 lg cans mushroom slices
- 2 cups mayonaise
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 box or bag seasoned stuffing

Boil chicken with onion, bone and cut into cubes

Put chicken in buttered casserole dish

Saute mushrooms and 1 small chopped onion in butter

Pour over chicken

Mix soup and mayo - pour over top (do not dilute soup)

Saute stuffing cubes in butter until moist and sprinkle on top

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees

This casserole freezes well.

Bake 1/2 hour before freezing.

Defrost and re-heat until bubbly
