Our family’s favorite Jell-O salad for the holidays.
ingredients
- 1 3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jell-o
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 8 oz. pkg small curd cottage cheese.
- 1 regular container Cool Whip
directions

Combine the first 4 ingredients in 6 qt. stock pot. Heat over medium flame until marshallows have melted. Remove from heat.

Add lemon juice, pineapple & cottage cheese. Whisk well to combine all.

Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into dish and refrigerate overnight.

I usually double this recipe.
