Southwest Turkey Burger
“Holly, I thought you would enjoy this one because you can now eat avocados!!” Mom
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Ground Turkey Breast
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 2 Tbsp. Red Peppers, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Green Onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
- 2 tsp Jalapeno peppers, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
directions
Combine ingredients and mix well. Form into patties and grill. Coat grill with oil so burgers do not stick. Add pepper jack cheese at end of cooking to melt. Top burgers with avocado, red onion, salsa and lettuce. Whole Wheat buns are the best!
