Roasting vegetables brings out great flavor and it is easy. Mix in sliced red pepper for flavor.

ingredients

  • Your favorite vegetable such as:
  • Zucchini
  • Asparagus
  • Broccoli
  • Red Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder if desired

directions

  • 1

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  • 2

    Coat your vegetables in olive oil and season.

  • 3

    Spread vegetables out on a cookie sheet.

  • 4

    Roast in oven until tender, about 20 minutes depending on the vegetable.
