Roasted Vegetables
Roasting vegetables brings out great flavor and it is easy. Mix in sliced red pepper for flavor.
ingredients
- Your favorite vegetable such as:
- Zucchini
- Asparagus
- Broccoli
- Red Pepper
- Olive oil
- salt, pepper and garlic powder if desired
directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Coat your vegetables in olive oil and season.

Spread vegetables out on a cookie sheet.

Roast in oven until tender, about 20 minutes depending on the vegetable.
