Turkey Black Bean Chili
ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 5 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black peppere
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 ounces chicken broth
- 2 16 ounce cans black beans, 1 drained
- 1 16 ounce can kidney beans
- 2 14.5 ounce cans diced tomatoes
- kernels from 4 ears of corn

Place onion, garlic, turkey and corn in a large stockpot over medium-high heat. Stir often until cooked through. Add spices and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.

Add the chicken broth and stir well to get the browned bits up from the pan. Add beans and tomatoes. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Serve with tortilla chipos, cheddar cheese, sour cream and cilantro.
