Neumann's Crock Pot Potatoes

ingredients

  • 2lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1-2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • pepper
  • onion
  • 1 pound bacon (cooked and crumbled)

directions

I typically mix all of this up the night before in the crock pot and leave in the frig all night. (This helps to save time in the morning.) The potatoes will no longer be frozen and so it will take even less time to get hot. Either way it’s good! The longer you cook the more “mashed” the potatoes will appear. Plan on at least of few hours to heat.
