Milla's Meatballs
ingredients
- 4 slices thin white bread, crusts trimmed, torn into 1 " pieces
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 ground lamb (or beef)
- 1/4 minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- Vegetable oil or olive oil

Soak bread pieces in 1/3 cup water until most of the water is absorbed, about 10 min.

Squeeze out excess water.

Combine soaked bread the meat salt and pepper.

Shape rounded teaspoons of the mixture into balls.

Roll each in flour.

Heat oil, about 1 inch in skillet to 400 degrees .

Fry meatballs until golden about 5 minutes.

Drain on paper toweling.
