Chicken Enchiladas
ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can green enchilada sauce
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 4-oz can diced green chiles
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 8-10 corn tortillas, cut into quarters
- 3/4 lb grated cheese (may be any combination of sharp cheddar, Monterrey Jack, and/or pepper Jack)
