Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Melt in your mouth chocolate chip cookies.
ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups butter; softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 package (6 serving size) Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 whole eggs
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts

Pre-heat oven to 375 F.

Combine flour and baking soda.

Combine butter, sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in a large bowl and beat until smooth.

Beat in eggs.

Gradually add flour mixture.

Stir in chips and nuts.

Bake on an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes

These are the annual holiday treats/gifts that I gave to the children on my school bus route. Now they are enjoyed by my grandchildren.
