Mashed Potato Casserole
ingredients
- 5 pounds red potatoes
- 1 4-ounce container whipped cream cheese
- 1 8-ounce container sour cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Paprika

Peel potatoes and cut into 2 inch chucks. Cover with water and boil until fork tender. Drain and mash or whip until smooth.

Blend in cream cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, onion salt and pepper. Place into well buttered 3 qt. casserole. Spread 2 tablespoons of butter on top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
