Saratoga Sangria
This was my “specialty” drink for the very first time we hosted a large- scale party at McDonough North, “Where the Turf Meets the Lake.” The actual name of the drink is “Peachy Sangria,” but what the heck. Mine sounds alot better on a warm summer night after a day at the track with friends. This is absolutely refreshing & appealing served in a clear pitcher on the tea cart. It’s one of those drinks that goes down like lemondade, so take it easy or you’ll miss all the fun!
ingredients
- 1 750 millimeter bottle sauvignon blanc
- 1 cp. Alsolut peach vodka
- 1/2 12 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1/3 cp. granulated sugar
- 4 lg. peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 1/2 cps. seedless green grapes, halved
directions

In a large glass pitcher or jar, combine all ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolves. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to meld flavors. Serve over ice. Makes 8 - 10 servings.
