Eat something healthy for a change :-)

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Toasted Shredded Wheat
  • 1/2 cup Kashi Heart to Heart
  • few granola clusters
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • few sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds or B-Flax-D
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

    If you are really hunger this will fill that quest to satisfy!

    Take a small bowl, add the cereal, then layer each ingredient.

  • 3

    Sprinkle the cinnamon on and mix.

  • 4

    Pour 1 cup of delicious almond milk on top.
