Fruit is Not Medicine, Eat your Berries!
Eat something healthy for a change :-)
ingredients
- 1/2 cup Toasted Shredded Wheat
- 1/2 cup Kashi Heart to Heart
- few granola clusters
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- few sliced almonds
- 1 tsp flax seeds or B-Flax-D
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

If you are really hunger this will fill that quest to satisfy!

Take a small bowl, add the cereal, then layer each ingredient.

Sprinkle the cinnamon on and mix.

Pour 1 cup of delicious almond milk on top.

If you are feeling sluggish or not feeling your best...stop eating "processed foods" and try something raw. Anything fresh, contains live enzymes which promote healing to your immune system. You will feel better when you eat whole foods. Mom x o
