  • 7 eggs
  • 6 packages of frozen chopped spinach, defrosted with water squeezed out
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package onion soup
  • 2 teaspoons Telma chicken soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons matzo meal or flour
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Pepper to taste

    Mix all together.

    Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour in a lasagna pan.
