Spinach Souffle

- 7 eggs
- 6 packages of frozen chopped spinach, defrosted with water squeezed out
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package onion soup
- 2 teaspoons Telma chicken soup mix
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons matzo meal or flour
- Garlic powder to taste
- Pepper to taste

Mix all together.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour in a lasagna pan.
