Mediterranean Fajitas
A classic Mexican delight with an Italian twist.
ingredients
INGREDIENTS- 1 Large Onion, Chopped
- 4 Garlic Cloves, finely Chopped
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
- 8oz Canned Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 160z Beef Mortadella, Sliced into thin Strips(I prefer NEMA Brand)
- Fresh Cilantro, A handful, Roughly Chopped
- Habanero Sauce, Store Bought
- 4 Sun-dried Tomato Tortilla
- Salt and Pepper, to Taste

Heat a saute pan on medium heat and a fry the thinly Sliced Beef Mortadella until lightly browned, for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside using a slotted spoon to drain any excess oil.

Serve it up with Chips and some Salsa Verde.
