Napa Valley Chicken Salad Pie
ingredients
- 1 Refrigerated Pie Crust
- 2 C Chicken , shredded
- 2 C Celery
- 2 C Brocolli Florets, cooked
- 1/2 C Pecans
- 1 T Onion, diced
- 1/2 t Tarragon
- 1 1/2 C Mayonnaise
- 3 T White wine
- 1 1/2 t Lemon juice
- Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 425.

Bake pie crust for 8 minutes.

Reduce heat to 400.

Mix together all ingredients and put in crust.

Bake 25 - 35 minutes.

Cool 5 minutes before serving.
notes
Can make filling ahead and bake when needed, add pecans at baking.
