Macaroni & Cheese
ingredients
- 2 1/2 c elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 1/2 Tbs flour
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 Tbs margarine, cut into small slices
- 3 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c milk
directions
Boil macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Mix all dry ingredients together, set aside. Grease a casserole dish with cooking spray. Put 1/2 the macaroni on bottom. Sprinkle 1/2 the dry ingredients, 1/2 the butter and 1/2 the cheese on top. Repeat one more time. Pour milk over top. Cover with foil and bake on 350° for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 5 minutes.
