Mustard Topped Salmon

  • 2 1/2 lbs. salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • 1/4 cup grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise

    Place salmon on pan, skin side down.

    In a bowl, combine brown sugar, dill, and mustard.

    Spread 1/2 of this mixture on top of the salmon.

    Cover with plastic wrap an chill up to 5 hours.

  • 5

    Stir remaining mixture with mayonnaise and refrigerate.

  • 6

    Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  • 7

    Remove salmon from refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking.

  • 8

    Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

  • 9

    Serve with remaining mixture.
