Oven-Roasted Red Potatoes
A tasty alternative to mashed potatoes
ingredients
- 6-8 red potatoes
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- basil
- oregano
- onion powder
- garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut potatoes into eighths. Place in baking dish. Cover with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, basil, oregano, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Bake for 1 hour or until tender. Stir frequently to prevent sticking or burning.
