- 8 ounce block of cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 2-3 tsp pimentos
- 1 tsp grated onion
directions
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
