Fumi Salad
ingredients
- 1 bag shredded cabbage
- 8 green onions - sliced
- 1 sm pkg sliced almonds
- 1 pkg ramen noodles
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 sm bottle sesame seeds
- Dressing:
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil (scant)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt

Brown almonds and sesame seeds in oil, set aside to cool. Put cabbage and onions in large bowl. Add crumbled ramen noodles and cooled sesame seeds and almonds.

Mix dressing in shaker bottle; Toss with dressing just prior to serving.
