Burritos
ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion diced
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- parsley to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 lbs shredded Monterrey jack cheese
- 3/4 cups taco sauce
- 20 flour tortillas

1. Brown ground beef and onion. Add taco seasoning, pepper, oregano, parsley and sour cream.

2. Add half the cheese and half the taco sauce.

3. Place 2 tbsp of mixture on tortilla shell and roll up. Place seam side down in 9x13 casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and taco sauce.

4. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes until cheese melts and meat is heated through.
notes
This is a big recipe, but it freezes great. Divide into two batches or wrap individual burritos in plastic wrap and freeze. Do not add cheese and taco sauce until ready to bake.
