The Cosmopolitan Martini and Cipriani's Bellini

PARTY TIME!

Cosmopolitan Martini

  • 4 parts vodka

  • 2 parts Triple Sec

  • 2 parts Cranberry Juice

  • 1 part fresh lime juice

Cipriani’s Bellini - Serves 4

  • 2 medium ripe white peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped

  • 4 raspberries

  • sugar to taste

  • 1 750 ml bottle Italian Prosecco, chilled.

Cosmopolitan Martini

  • Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Cipriani’s Bellini - Serves 4

  • Place peaches and rasberries in food processor or blender. Puree until smooth. Add sugar, if necessary, to desired sweetness. Evenly divide fruit puree in champagne flutes. Top with Prosecco. Serve immediatly.

For a really fun time, I like to mix several gallons of the Cosmopolitans and serve it in pretty chilled martini glasses.
