Corn Oysters
ingredients
- 2 c. frozen corn kernels
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
directions

1. Put frozen corn into a colander and rinse with water.

2. Pour the corn into the bowl. Stir in milk, flour, egg, salt, and pepper.

3. Put the butter and oil in a skillet and heat up over medium-high heat. Pour a spoonful of the corn mixture into the skillet. Let cook for 2 to 3 minutes and flip over.

4. take the corn oysters and pat them with a paper towel to get rid of the excess oil.

5. Serve hot.
