Mango Curry
This one makes the guests scream for more!
ingredients
- Mangos [frozen works, or a can, cut into cubes]
- Thai Yellow Curry Sauce [in a jar]
- 1 Onion, chopped
- Dash of chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 C snow peas [whole] or Stir Fry Vegetables [canned or frozen]
- 1 green pepper, cubed
- 1 tbsp Hot pepper flakes or Hot Sauce [for a nice kick]
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 C of water
- Some shrimp or chicken [optional]
- 1 medium sized potato, cubed and peeled,
- Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
- Salt
- Sugar
- and anything else that’s looks tasty to add [such as cilantro, but I never seem to have that around, but it makes it taste really, really good].
