Souffle Filled Mushrooms
ingredients
- Dollar-sized mushrooms (4-5 per person)
- 1 pkg. frozen Stouffer’s spinach souffle
- Lawry’s salt
- Parmesan cheese
- 6 green onions, minced (or less)
directions
Wash and stem mushrooms. Thaw spinach souffle and fold in minced green onions. Sprinkle mushrooms with Lawry’s salt and fill each with about 1-2 tsp. spinach souffle. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
