Giblet Gravy to serve with turkey
ingredients
- Giblets from one turkey
- Pan drippings from turkey
- 2 cans Golden Mushroom Soup, condensed
directions
Cook giblets by simmering one hour in water to cover in small saucepan. Remove liver and eat separate. Remove meat from neck bones and trim any excess fat. Chop giblets. Pour drippings from pan turkey was cooked in into a fat separator and cool slightly. Pour pan drippings, except most fat, back into turkey pan. Heat over low heat on two burners. Stir in mushroom soup and giblet meat. Heat stirring constantly until thickened.
