Pork Tenderloin with Garlic and Rosemary
Delicious recipe for Pork Tenderloin.
ingredients
- 1/3 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary
- 4 whole rosemary sprigs
- 4 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 Pork Tenderloin (about 1 lb each)
- 4 slices maple flavored bacon

Preparation
In small bowl, whisk together the dijon mustard, fresh ground pepper, chopped rosemary, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, and maple syrup. Rub this marinade over Pork Tenderloin, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate 1 hour.

Pre-Heat Oven to 375F or use outdoor grill-indirect heat.

Place sprigs of Rosemary and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic in bottom of roasting pan (Ceramic is excellent)

Remove the plastic from the Pork Tender and lay on top of the rosemary/minced garlic. Place two strips of bacon on top of each tender.

Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until thermometer says 155-160F. Remove from oven and let sit 10 minutes before slicing.
notes
Can Substitute Chicken Breast for Pork Tender. Use 1 tablespoon of Maple Syrup in marinade if you don't have Maple Bacon.
