Lemon Cake - Rose Bundform
Lemon Cake Recipe provided by Pro Bake Flex Silicone Bakeware, Rose Bundform
ingredients
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon flavoring
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- powdered sugar
directions
In a bowl with an electric mixer combine cake mix, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil and water. Mix on low speed until moistened. Mix on high speed for 2 minutes. Stir in lemon flavoring and lemon zest. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Cool in pan for 20 minutes, turn out onto wire rack to cool completely. Note: If using silicone bakeware, cool completely in silicone bakeware. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Silicone bakeware should be coated with a thin layer of oil. Oven safe up to 450 degrees F. Diswasher Safe. Bake, Microwave, Freeze.
