Pork Chop Casserole
ingredients
- 8 pork chops
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspooon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1 beef coulion cube dissolved in 1 cup of water
- 4 meduim potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 2 medium onions cliced
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons parsley salt and pepper to taste

Combine flour, s&p and dust pork chops fry for 5 mins on each side in oil and butter. Remove chops and add wine, boullion and bring to a boil. Set aside

Place potatoes in bottom of casserole. Sprinlke S&P, add onions and conintue to layer mushrooms and top with pork chops.

Pour wine mixture over and sprinkle with garlic add parsely salt and pepper to taste

Bake 1 1/4 hours until tender
