Pork Chop Casserole

ingredients

  • 8 pork chops
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspooon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of dry white wine
  • 1 beef coulion cube dissolved in 1 cup of water
  • 4 meduim potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 medium onions cliced
  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons parsley salt and pepper to taste

    Combine flour, s&p and dust pork chops fry for 5 mins on each side in oil and butter. Remove chops and add wine, boullion and bring to a boil. Set aside

  • 2

    Place potatoes in bottom of casserole. Sprinlke S&P, add onions and conintue to layer mushrooms and top with pork chops.

    Pour wine mixture over and sprinkle with garlic add parsely salt and pepper to taste

    Bake 1 1/4 hours until tender
