Chuck Wagon Beans
ingredients
- 3 lbs ground chuck
- 3 cups chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2/3 cups boiling water
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cans B&M Baked Beans (28 ounces each)
- 1/2 lb bacon slices

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook ground chuck, onion and celery until meat is brown. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. In a large bowl, combine meat mixture, beef water and remaining ingredients.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Fry bacon until crisp. Before serving crumble bacon over beans
