TWICE BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE

ingredients
- Bake 6 - 8 baking potatoes, cube
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. shredded mozzerella cheese
- 3 cups sour cream
- 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 2 green onions

Layer 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 sour cream, bacon, and cheeses.

Repeat.

Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

Top with the green onions before serving.
