Nut Fudge Ice Cream
ingredients
- 6 c. heavy cream
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 3.9 oz pkg chocolate fudge instant pudding mix
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 3 qt. whole milk
- 1 t. salt
- 2 T. vanilla
- 3 c. roasted, salted mixed nuts w/o cashews.

Pour a quart or so of the milk into a gallon container such as a plastic pitcher with a lid. Mix in all other ingredients except the nuts. Add enough milk to fill the container and mix thoroughly. Save the remaining mild for use at freezing time.

Cover container and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.

Freeze according to 6 quart freezer directions.
