Linda’s crackerjacks (from a co-worker--best crackerjacks I ever ate.
ingredients
- 2C light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 sticks margerine--not butter and not ligh--regular
- 1-2 C raw shelled peanut
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1C light cornsyrup
- 2 gallons popped corn
directions

Combine sugar,margerine corn syrup.

Boil for five minutes. Remove from hear and stir insoda and vanilla.Mix well.

Pour over popcorn and mix thoughly.

Spread over two large ungreased baking pans.

bake in a 250 degree oven for l hour.

Cool on a wire rack.
