Grandma's Bacon Tomato Cups
ingredients
- 8 Slices of Cooked Bacon
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 1 Small Onion
- 3oz Swiss Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Leaf of Basil
- 1 Can of Refrigerated Flaky Biscuits

Preheat oven to 375°
- 2
Coarsely chop Bacon, Tomato and Onion. Grate Swiss Cheese. Mix all ingredients together.

Separate each uncooked biscuit into 3 thinner slices. Press each biscuit into a mini muffin cup. Place a small scoop of mixture into each lined cup.

Cook 10-12 minutes of until Golden Brown.
