ingredients

  • 8 Slices of Cooked Bacon
  • 1 Medium Tomato
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 3oz Swiss Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Leaf of Basil
  • 1 Can of Refrigerated Flaky Biscuits

    Preheat oven to 375°

  • 2

    Coarsely chop Bacon, Tomato and Onion. Grate Swiss Cheese. Mix all ingredients together.

  • 3

    Separate each uncooked biscuit into 3 thinner slices. Press each biscuit into a mini muffin cup. Place a small scoop of mixture into each lined cup.

  • 4

    Cook 10-12 minutes of until Golden Brown.
