ginger-soy steak salad
this is the same salad as the asian shredded chicken but topped with ginger-soy flank steak
ingredients
- use salad and salad dressing ingredients from asian shredded chicken salad.
- 2 lb flank steak
- marinade:
- 2 tsps grated fresh ginger
- 1 TBSP sesame oil
- 1 TBSP sweet chili sauce
- 2 TBSP sherry vinegar
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 garlic cloves minced
directions
- 1
marinate the steak overnight in the marinade.

grill until desired doneness and cut into strips against the grain.

prepare the salad and dressing from the asian shredded chicken salad recipe and serve with strips of beef on top.
