Gourmet Pizza
ingredients
- Dough:
- 1 C Warm Water
- 1 Pkg Active Dry Yeast
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 1/2 C All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
- Toppings:
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 bunch fresh spinach, torn
- 1 sweet onion, sliced
- 1 (6 ounce) package feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 Grilled Chicken Breast

Preheat oven to 435

Dough:

1. Add sugar and yeast to warm water and allow yeast to proof
- 4
2. Mix flour, salt, and olive oil in bowl, than add the water/yeast/sugar mixture.

3. Knead until mixture is dough-like smooth consistency, add flour until it’s no longer sticky.

4. Allow to rise in warm place for 1/2 hour

5. Roll dough out on floured surface and place on pizza stone or pan

Toppings:

1. In a small bowl combine butter, olive oil, garlic, pesto, basil, oregano and Parmesan cheese. Spread mixture evenly on pizza crust.

2. Arrange tomato, spinach, onion and chicken on pizza. Top with crumbled feta cheese.

3. Bake for 15-18 minutes
