Simple and delicious

ingredients

  • 1 lb. arugula
  • 1 can white cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2 TBS. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
  • Shaved Parmesan Cheese

directions

  • 1

    Toss arugula and cannellini beans with lemon juice. Drizzle with olive oil and toss again.

  • 2

    Shave Parmesan cheese on top.

  • 3

    Salt and pepper to taste.

Goes great with steak or fish.
