Sesame Noodles
This makes a great lunch, side dish or afternoon snack!
ingredients
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- peanut sauce to taste
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- Dash chili sauce
- 1 packet Splenda

- 1 pound soba noodles, cooked
- 1 cup shredded Chinese cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 tbs rice wine vinegar
directions

1. In bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, peanut sauce, red wine vinegar, chili sauce and Splenda. Whisk well.

2. Add the noodles and toss to combine.

3. Add the vegetables and rice wine vinegar. Toss gently until all ingredients are blended.
