Scalloped Pork Chops

Makes 4 to 6 servings

ingredients

  • 8 pork chops
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled & sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can of milk
  • salt & pepper

directions

    Spread mustard on pork chops & brown in oil. Arrange pork, potatoes & onions in layers in a casserole dish. Top with pork. Mix soup, milk, salt & pepper in a bowl. Pour over casserole. Cover & bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees.

    ***If desired, top with cheese.
